5. Multiplication of Leaders
God looks for men and women who disciple, coach and mentor other leaders, who in turn become leaders of leaders that effectively train others.
"What you have heard from me in the presence of many witnesses, these entrust to faithful men and women who will be able to train others also." 2 Timothy 2:2
6. Family Priority
God looks for men and women who are convinced that the family is God's building block for society and make their family a priority.
"Let each individual among you also love his own wife even as himself, and let the wife see to it that she respect her husband." Ephesians 5:22-6:9
7. Stewardship
God looks for men and women who are faithful stewards of their finances, time, physical bodies and spiritual gifts, in their personal lives and ministries, with the result that people are reached with the Gospel.
"His master said to him 'Well done, good and faithful servant; you were faithful with a few things, I will put you in charge of many things, enter into the joy of your master.'" Matthew 25:14-30
8. Integrity
God looks for men and women of integrity who live holy lives that are accountable to God and to the body of Christ.
"I have fought the good fight, I have finished the course, I have kept the faith." 2 Timothy 4:1-7
