God looks for men and women who lead from an intimate relationship with God.

God looks for men and women who share a passion for those without Christ. God desires that everyone be reached with the life transforming power of the gospel.
3. Visionary Leadership
"For the Son of Man came to seek and to save that which was lost." Luke 19:10

God looks for men and women who are biblically committed to cast vision, set goals, mobilize the body of Christ and overcome obstacles in order to bring the nations to Christ.
4. Culturally Relevant Evangelism
"Where there is no vision, the people perish" Proverbs 29:18
